Self-Reflection:            

This assignment gave me a chance to dig into the deeper parts of a graphics card. I personally play a lot of video games myself so I have a basic understanding of what a graphics card can do. I’ve always been wanting a good graphics card because it allows me to have more frames per second(fps) in the game and makes my gaming experience better, so I did some research about the graphics card and learn more in detail about what each smaller part do and what functionality it has so it gave me an opportunity to learn more about it. The research part, in my opinion, was fun because I got to learn all the smaller components, and on top of that some of the smaller components can be seen in other computer parts on top of learning new knowledge about graphics cards I also learn a little more of other computer parts too. I personally really like computer-related technology stuff, so this assignment gave me a chance to learn more about them. This assignment was a new way of writing for me personally because I never got to write something like this where we explain every part in detail and it’s all technology related. I personally really like this type of stuff and enjoy learning and telling others about it, so I feel like this is my favorite assignment so far this semester. In this assignment, I get to put up pictures when I’m explaining some of the components and this is new to me too because, since high school till now, I’ve never inserted pictures in any of my writings, when we want to explain something we have to describe it with words to the point where it’s detailed enough for readers to generate an image in their mind of what it actually will look like in real life. I feel like for me I would write something like this too because in the future my job will be technology related and I will be describing objects in detail too, so I feel like this is a great start for me. Overall, I enjoy doing this project and I feel would be happy if we would have more assignments like this in the future.
